FAQHow is Veva Software pricing structured?
Each product has its own per-tenant pricing, either flat-monthly or seat-based. We do not run usage-based meters that surprise you at month-end. Partner pricing available.
Where is my data hosted?
SA-resident hosting by default for products under POPIA / Companies Act / FAIS scope. EU hosting where the workload calls for it. No data moves without written authorisation.
How do the products integrate with each other?
Shared auth, audit, payments, vault, POPIA. Customers see one login. Cross-product data flow is event-driven (Kafka) — your accountant sees the legal file when the legal team makes it visible.
Do you sell direct or through partners?
Both. Direct to operators. Partner programme for accountants, lawyers, IT consultancies who recommend Veva to their clients.
What about migration from another vendor?
Most products have a structured import flow — Sage/Xero/QuickBooks for Beam Machine; SOLAR/Lexpert for VerityLaw; ITWeb/Karri for EduHexa. We handle the migration; you bring the export.
Is there a trial?
Each product has a 30-minute live demo on a populated test tenant. Trials are bespoke — we open a sandbox seeded with your data shape and walk you through it.
