Veva Software is the SaaS arm of the Veva Group. Every product sits on the same shared core — authentication, vault, audit, POPIA, payments, internationalisation — so one login, one audit trail and one compliance posture cover every product you buy from us.
The platform
A single Postgres-based core, a single auth surface (Better Auth + Sentinel), a single audit trail (append-only, 7-year retention), and shared packages for POPIA, payments and i18n. Every product is a tenant of this core, not a fork of it.
Where we run
SA-resident hosting for products under POPIA / Companies Act / FAIS scope. EU hosting where the workload calls for it. Encrypted off-host backups, daily, 30-day retention default. Quarterly restore drills.
Who we serve
Privately-held South African firms — typically 10 to 500 staff — across legal, accounting, education, property, and IT verticals. We do not chase enterprise procurement cycles; we sell direct, contract directly, and run the systems ourselves.
